The routine — prototypes, draft code, tests, refactoring — I hand to my AI agents. I stay where mistakes aren't allowed: architecture, breaking down the task, review, talking to you. When there's a lot of work, I bring in trusted contractors. Less manual grind — the result ships faster and cheaper than at a studio, and quality stays under my control.
